Assessment & Examinations
- Assessments are designed to support learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Progress reports will be shared periodically for parent review and acknowledgement.
- Parents are encouraged to ensure the timely completion of fee payments to avoid delays in report issuance.
- Students are expected to attend all examinations regularly. In case of unavoidable absence, prior communication with the school is mandatory.
- Consistent participation across all subjects supports fair evaluation and recognition of achievement.
- The Principal's decision regarding academic matters will remain final.
Attendance
- Regular attendance helps students build confidence, continuity, and academic success.
- Students are encouraged to maintain a minimum attendance of 85% for steady academic progress and promotion.
- In case of illness or emergency, parents are requested to inform the school and provide supporting documents when required.
- Students are expected to attend school regularly, especially on reopening days after vacations.
- Continuous unexplained absence may affect a student's continuity in the school programme.
Fee Payment Guidelines
Timely fee payment supports the smooth functioning of school programmes and services.
Payment Options
- School fees should be paid in the South Indian Bank, Maharanipeta through online transfer, PhonePe, and Direct payment.
- Bank staff are available for Three days per term to collect fees in the school office.
- School fee payment receipts must be kept carefully. A fine of Rs. 100/- will be charged in case you lose the fee book.
- All fees must be paid before the due date, after which a fine of Rs. 50 will be charged.

- Communicate in English during school hours to strengthen speaking and communication skills (except in Hindi and Telugu classes).
- Participate actively in reading, writing, listening, and conversation activities.
- Respect all languages while confidently building English proficiency.
Library
- Borrow and return books responsibly within the assigned time.
- Only one book can be issued at a time.
- Handle books with care and respect.
- Inform the librarian if a book is already damaged before issue; otherwise, he/she will be charged for the damage.
- Tearing, writing, scribbling or folding of pages in the books will be considered as damage done to the books.
- Students losing books or damaging books will be asked to pay the cost of the books.
- Return all library books before annual examinations, and clearance slips must be obtained from the library to appear in these examinations.
- Develop regular reading habits and make meaningful use of library resources.
Disciplinary Action
While the child is in the school, the parental authority is delegated to the school teacher. He/She represents the parent for the purpose of correction.
Grounds for Suspension or Dismissal
- Misbehavior with girls.
- Frequent absence from school.
- Malpractice in the examinations.
- Failure to comply with rules and regulations even after being warned.
